Coldset – Web Ofset

In our printing house, there are 3 independently working Tensor brand eight–unit web offset press and one Man Roland Uniset 75 eight-unit web offset press. Two of the machines have Vivo and other two have Rima log stacker machines located on the delivery outlets. Due to their most up-to-date technological equipment, these machines can print out large circulation works in a very short time and of high-quality. Large reels up to 127 cm in diameter can be used in our machines.

In addition, by means of CIP 3 system which eliminates waste and time loss during the start of the printing, the data of color values in the plates obtained from CTP are read by the printing machines and the color values during the printing process are made ready just before going to printing. The Color Register and Cut-off Register camera system in our machines continuously controls the register shifts that may occur during printing and provide a perfect printing quality.

The copies which are delivered as folded are perfectly stacked by the Müller Martini Vivo and Rima log stacker machines which are inline operating at the outlet and they have automatically placed the copies on the pallets in the form of  120 cm logs untouched.

A total of 16 pages of 7.000.000 copies in our machines can be produced in 3 shifts per day. If desired, 2 separate web offsets can be operated as a single machine and up to 64 pages of newspaper can be printed.

Due to the double parallel folding feature of the machine, novel type books can be printed at high speed and of high quality.
